Aging-network professionals from across the continuum of services will gather to interact with experts in the field of aging as they present their work and share best practices, creating provocative dialogue on the most pressing issues that our aging population faces today, including:

Health and wellness
Care and support
Alzheimer’s disease and dementia
Issues related to aging veterans

Continuing Education Credits
The Indiana Health Facility Administrators (HFA) Board has approved 9.5 continuing education credits for HFA attendance at this two-day event. [Indiana Health Care Association (IHCA) sponsor #98000029A]

The Indiana Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Mental Health Counselor Board has approved IHCA to provide Category 1 continuing education credits for LSWs, LCSWs and MHCs, however licensees must judge the program's relevance to their professional practice. [IHCA sponsor #98000152A]
